皇冠博彩 shall establish employment practices that are fair and consistent with federal and state law. The 校董会 delegates to the District President the authority to offer, suspend, terminate, or take any other legal employment action for all employees of the College except those directly reporting to the District President. Any employment action regarding a direct report of the District President must first be approved by the 校董会.
