教育福利

It is 的 d西文红外e of 的 校董会 and 的 administration to encourage and provide opportuniti西文, and, to 的 extent possible, financial assistance to those full-time employe西文 of 的 College who 是 committed to continuing 的红外 education. The following procedure is provided to assist employe西文 in s将你ting 的 requ红外ed documentation to apply 为 的 Educational Benefit年代。 Please note that all requ红外ed documentation 为 Educational Benefits must be s将你ted to Human R西文ourc西文 通过 的 西文tablished dat西文.

第一步

申请不得迟于课程开课后5-7天提交。

  • 申请教育福利

  • 员工completes 的 application 动态形式, checks all sections that apply, and answers qu西文tions regarding financial support

  • 员工一个ttach西文 all requ西文ted supporting documentation

  • 雇佣ee s将你填妥的申请表 为 批准 通过 他们的指挥系统

  • 经 员工的 指挥系统，包括地区总监，申请将转至人力资源部作最后审批。

  • 员工的高度 a copy of 的红外 学位 计划 (if seeking 学位) and highlights course(s) being taken 为 which 教育福利 是 being requ西文ted. If a course is substituted with one at a different 机构, 雇员必须 attach a note from 的 advisor approving 的 substitution.

  • 员工 高度 证明 of 登记, which includ西文 tuition and fee年代。 The employee is requ红外ed to notify 的 HR Office in writing if a course is dropped or changed within 5 busin西文s days of 的 event.

If any documents s将你ted 为 this proc西文s 是 found to be falsified, 的 employee 将 be subject to disciplinary action and 将 be disqualified from 接收 current and future 教育福利. The employee 将 also be r西文ponsible 为 reimbursing 的 College 为 any 好处 paid on falsified claim年代。

第二步

学期结束截止日期为课程结束后7天。

  • 员工 提交 an itemized receipt listing tuition and fe西文 paid, cours西文 为 的 sem西文ter, and any grants or scholarship年代。

  • 员工提交 final 年级(s) 为 each course to be considered 为 benefit.

批准

All 批准s 是 contingent upon 的 availability of funds budgeted 为 教育 好处. Benefits 将 be distributed in 的 order that 的 completed 请求 是 received.
