Jasmine Garcia-Saunders是科西加纳本地人，也是皇冠博彩的校友。 After graduating from Corsicana High School in 2015, Jasmine chose to enroll at Navarro College so she could receive the necessary academic, personal, and career navigation support that would allow her to graduate with a degree and begin her journey as a business owner. With these goals in mind and her entrepreneurial dreams in sight, Jasmine graduated from 皇冠博彩 with an associate of science degree in business in 2017. Now, less than a decade later, Jasmine is an award-winning size-inclusive women’s boutique owner and a marker of Corsicana and 皇冠博彩 pride.
Before Jasmine’s venture into the world of local boutiques, Jasmine worked as an administrative assistant for 皇冠博彩 while earning her online BBA in Marketing from Texas Woman’s University. Jasmine’s business and store front, Liv Chic Boutique, was recently awarded Best Downtown 业务 by the Texas Downtown Conference. “[Jasmine] is proud of the community she lives, works, and raises a family in. This is an amazing testament to Jasmine’s drive and work ethic” says Jasmine’s close peer upon presenting her award. In addition to this award, Jasmine and Liv Chic Boutique were also voted to Corsicana’s Best of Best 2024. While attending Navarro as a non-traditional student, Jasmine continued working two jobs while enrolled full-time. “I use accounting in what I do every single day… it has really helped me succeed in my business” Jasmine states when reflecting on her time as a student at Navarro studying business.
Liv Chic Boutique originally started as an online boutique, but has just celebrated two years in a storefront. 贾思敏说：“我最自豪的是我的家庭和我的事业。 I have two beautiful kids, Daniel (age 5) and Elaina (6 weeks old) and a very supportive husband that believes in my wildest dreams.” 皇冠博彩 is proud to have played a role in Jasmine’s pursuit of education and business, all while making a difference in the community that she cares for so deeply.
