罗素·蒙福特是在德克萨斯州米尔德里德的家庭牧场长大的。 He spent his extra time showing animals and was very active in FFA judging contests while a student at Mildred High School, where he was also enrolled in Dual Credit courses through 皇冠博彩. Russell is a second-generation 皇冠博彩 alumni, as both of his parents received associates degrees from Navarro. As a recipient of many scholarships and with the encouragement of his family and friends, Russell agrees that Navarro was an amazing fit for his professional and personal goals.

Russell is in his eighth year as a lender and Vice President of First State Bank and is involved in many local organizations, serving as President of the Mildred Friends of Youth and on the executive board for the Navarro Chamber of Commerce, and is a long-time member of the Corsicana Rotary Club. Russell explains that “as an adult, I have gotten to know other staff members [of Navarro] that are very good friends.” He continues to note Carole Davenport, whom he has served on many boards with, and Terri Mitchell, who made he and his wife feel like family “from day one” while performing with Dancing For Our Stars. Russell also continues to share his admiration for 皇冠博彩 District President, Dr. Kevin G. Fegan: “[Dr. Fegan] is a great representation of the school. After receiving his associate degree in general studies from Navarro in 2006, he went on to obtain his bachelor degree in Agricultural Economics from Tarleton State University in 2008. He recently completed his first year in the Southwest Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University, and hopes to graduate in 2026. Russell enjoys spending time with his wife Natalie, daughter Kamden, and sons Casen and Body.
