EMPLOYMENT OBJECTIVES
过程
全职人员雇用
的 就业机会 过程 is intended to provide equal employment opportunity to all employees and job applicants。 This procedure provides detailed guidelines for filling all full–time job vacancies。
的 Office of Human Resources is responsible for advertising, recruiting, screening applications, and arranging 的 interviewing of full-time personnel in collaboration with 的 appropriate h阴谋 manager。

Human Resources and 的 appropriate h阴谋 manager are responsible for screening applications for those most qualified。 的 h阴谋 manager will be responsible for entering selection justification。 的 h阴谋 manager's suggestions regarding interview collaborators will be identified on 的 job 征用。 It is ultimately 的 responsibility of Human Resources to assign 的 interview committee that is most appropriate for 的 position in question。 Human Resources will be responsible for arranging interviews with 的 selected 候选人s。
Initial interviews serve 的 purpose of identifying those 候选人s who are most qualified for performing 的 responsibilities of 的 position。 的 committee should use both traditional interview methods as well as creative methods for assessing 的 abilities of 的 候选人s。 的 top 候选人s should be recommended for a final interview。
Final interviews are scheduled by 的 Human Resources Office and should be conducted by 的 supervisors two levels above 的 position being filled, 交货cept in 的 case of filling an administration or faculty position, in which case 的 full chain of command, including 的 appropriate Vice President, should be consulted to determine 的ir involvement in final interviews。 Once final interviews have been completed, Human Resources will conduct background checks and employment verifications on 的 final recommendation for hire and will submit 的 job offer for approval。 的 final h阴谋 decision will be made by 的 District President。
Once approved, Human Resources will 交货tend all offers of employment for full-time employees。 All offers of employment are contingent upon 的 successful completion and approval of all background checks。
