雇佣合同

皇冠博彩 校董会 delegates authority to the District President of the College to approve individual contracts of employment. All contracts will be issued within the guidelines of federal and state laws.

合同员工的雇佣条款应在合同文件中详细规定。 任何雇佣合同的变更应由地区社长自行决定。

The District President shall authority to negotiate terms of employment contracts for administrators and executives.

终止合同

An employee may be dismissed for good cause before the completion of his/her contract in accordance with federal and state laws.

Employees who are demoted during the term of their contract shall be afforded notice and a hearing upon request.
