皇冠博彩 supports the rights of student-athletes to earn compensation for the use of their name, image, and likeness (“NIL”) in accordance with 德州众议院第126号法案, the 全国大专体育协会（NJCAA）手册, and applicable federal law. This policy establishes guidelines to ensure compliance while protecting the integrity of 皇冠博彩 体育运动.

皇冠博彩 shall not adopt, enforce, or apply any policy, standard, or practice that:

  1. Prohibits or prevents a student-athlete from earning compensation for the use of their NIL when the student-athlete is not engaged in 官方团队活动 as defined by the institution.

  2. Prohibits a student-athlete from obtaining professional representation, including licensed attorneys in the State of Texas, for contracts or other legal matters relating to NIL.

    • Prior to entering into any contract for NIL activities, the student-athlete must disclose the proposed agreement to 皇冠博彩 in the manner prescribed by the 体育运动 Department.

四、NJCAA合规参数

  1. Compensation for NIL must involve an 交换货物或服务（交换条件） and cannot be gratuitous payments.
