在与大学教职员沟通时，校董会成员应该

  • 始终保持礼貌和专业；

  • direct employees to address any issues with their supervisor according to college policy and procedures for addressing concerns and complaints;

  • 提醒员工，任何个人受托人都没有权力； rather, the Board acts as one;

  • 传达董事会的作用是监督财务和政策； the entire staff works for the District President as she/he administers the mission of serving students;

  • encourage and motivate staff to all work towards serving students and fulfilling the mission of the college.
