The 皇冠博彩 校董会 is composed of the offices of Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary/Treasurer, and four Trustees.

The election of the 皇冠博彩 校董会 Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary/Treasurer shall take place at the first regular or special meeting of the board in May of odd numbered years or at the next meeting after a vacancy occurs in any of the positions.

董事会主席的权力和职责

The Chairman of the Board shall preside at meetings of the Board, enforce policies, sign documents duly authorized by the Board, appoint all committees not otherwise provided for, of which he and the District President shall be ex-officio members, and perform such other duties as may be required by law or imposed by the Board. The Chairman of the Board shall be entitled to vote on all matters coming before the Board.

副董事长职责

主席缺席时，由副主席代行主席职务。

秘书/司库的权力和职责

The Secretary/Treasurer shall keep a record of the actions of the Board at its meetings in a minute book provided for that purpose. The books, papers, and records of the Secretary/Treasurer shall be the property of the Board, under the custody of the District President, and shall be open to inspection upon request in accordance with laws of the State and policies of the Board. The Secretary/Treasurer, as the official accountant and designated fiscal officer of the Governing Board, will also execute all documents adopted by the Board requiring his signature and perform such other functions as required by law.

It shall be the duty of the Secretary/Treasurer to record the vote on any action taken by the Board and attest to documents executed by the Chairman of the Board.

In the absence of the Chairman and Vice Chairman, the Secretary/Treasurer will act as Chairman pro-tempore.
