皇冠博彩 shall include the applicable course numbers from the Texas Common Course Numbering System (TCCNS) in its printed 和 electronic catalogs, course listings, 和 any other appropriate informational resources, 和 in the application of the provisions of Administrative Code, Title 19, Park 1, Chapter 4, Subchapter B (Transfer of Credit, Core Curriculum, 和 Field of Study Curricula).

  1. The TCCNS prefix 和 number must be displayed immediately adjacent to the institutional course prefix 和 number at the beginning of each course description; 和

  2. The printed 和 electronic catalogs shall include a chart, table, or matrix, alphabetized by common course prefix, listing all common courses taught at the college by both the common 和 local course number.

课程检讨及评价

The Academic Council serves as the Curriculum Review Committee for the college 和 in this capacity clearly defines the process through which the curriculum is established, reviewed 和 evaluated. This process recognizes the roles of the Faculty, the Administration, 和 the Governing Board.

Revisions, deletions, or additions to the curriculum can originate at any point within the instructional program structure 和 are approved by the appropriate department/program. 修改、删除或增加的内容将提交给学术委员会。 These recommendations are then presented to Leadership Team for approval.

过程

The Department Chair or Program Director, Executive Dean or Executive Director, 和 Vice President of Academic Affairs must first approve any curricula or programmatic change prior to submission to the Academic Council. The Department Chair or Program Director 和/or Executive Dean or Executive Director must then present the recommendations to the Academic Council for consideration.

Only program additions or deletions, including the adding of new courses, certificates or programs require the approval of the 皇冠博彩 Board of Trustees. 更改学位计划不需要董事会批准。 Any new programs requiring more than 25% new courses must have SACSCOC approval prior to implementation. All program closures must have prior SACSCOC approval (see Substantive Change 过程 BH.1).

学术转学课程（ACGM或UDCM）

When a curriculum change for academic transfer courses is approved 和 this change complies with existing Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board guidelines, state approval is not necessary for the specific change to be initiated.

劳动力教育课程（WECM）

Workforce, Career, 和 Technical Education departments will seek input from the appropriate Program Advisory Committee before proposing curriculum changes. After the Academic Council 和 Leadership Team approve the changes, the proposed changes must be submitted to 和 approved by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board prior to implementation by the college. All changes to certificates must also receive approval from the Department of Education prior to implementation so that financial aid may be awarded.
