教师的咨询作用

皇冠博彩 recognizes the advisory role of faculty in accomplishing the College’s mission, vision, and values. Therefore, 皇冠博彩 shall establish procedures delineating the responsibility and authority of faculty members in governance matters, as applicable by law.

教师协会

In accordance with TEC Sec. 51.3522, the 皇冠博彩 校董会 shall have sole discretion in the establishment and maintenance of a Faculty Association and Faculty Association Executive Committee. The existence of a Faculty Association and Faculty Association Executive Committee will be at the sole discretion of the Board of Trustees.

学术委员会

The purpose of the Academic Council is to address educational and workforce preparation matters and make recommendations to the Leadership Team. In so doing, the Council, including faculty members, shall share ideas and concerns, identify problems, and recommend solutions. Recommendations made by the Academic Council must be approved by the Leadership Team and the 校董会.

The Academic Council shall be chaired by the Vice President of Academic Affairs and membership shall include the Vice President of Student Success, as well as representation from the registrar’s office, financial aid, student advising, and faculty. Faculty shall be nominated by the Vice President of Academic Affairs and approved by the District President to serve on the Academic Council.
