All 皇冠博彩 facilities shall be designed in such a manner that the facility or part of the facility is readily accessible to and usable by individuals with disabilities. Alterations of facilities that affect or could affect their usability shall, to the maximum extent feasible, be altered in such a manner that the altered portion is readily accessible to and usable by individuals with disabilities.

The District President shall be responsible for coordinating the development of new facilities and construction projects including campus layout, individual building plans, and necessary furnishings and equipment. Such plans shall be presented to the 校董会 only after they fully meet the approval of the District President.

The District President shall be responsible for the upkeep, maintenance and renovation of existing facilities.
