学院财产的管理、维护和安全

The management, maintenance, and security of College property is overseen by the appropriate Vice President depending on the type of property.

Property includes tangible assets such as land, buildings, building improvements, equipment, furniture and fixtures, and other capital assets and intangible assets such as patents, intellectual property, copywrites, trademarks, etc.

The Chief Accountant shall maintain an overall listing of all college fixed assets, and shall follow the procedures set forth in 部分CD.3 of the 皇冠博彩 董事会政策和行政程序 Manual.
