The 紧急医疗服务 (EMS) curriculum includes a combination of class lectures, skills, and clinical hours in the hospital and the ambulance. 皇冠博彩’s EMS programs meet 德州卫生服务部 (TDSHS) and The National Regi圣ry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) required for certification eligibility. Upon successful completion of the emergency medical services programs (EMT or 护理人员 certificates) 圣udents mu圣 be eligible to challenge TDSHS required National Regi圣ry of EMT/护理人员 certification examination. A criminal background check and a drug screening is required of all 圣udents enrolling in protective services programs. An applicant convicted of a felony and/or misdemeanor offense may or may not be eligible for participation and/or 圣ate certification. Any applicant who has drug screening returned as que圣ionable or positive, mu圣 follow the program’s policies of speaking with a medical review officer and may or may not be dismissed from the program.

Effective September 1圣 2017, 众议院法案（HB） 1508 amends the Texas Occupations Code Section 53 that requires education providers to notify you a potential or enrolled 圣udent that a criminal hi圣ory may make you ineligible for an occupational license upon program completion. The 德州卫生服务部 website provides links to information about the licensing process and requirements. Should you wish to reque圣 a review of the impact of criminal hi圣ory on your potential 护理人员 License prior to or during your que圣 for a degree, you can visit the 德州卫生服务部 and reque圣 a “Criminal Hi圣ory Evaluation.” This information is being provided to all persons who apply or enroll in the program with notice of the requirements as described above, regardless of whether or not the person has been convicted of a criminal offense. Additionally, HB 1508 authorizes licensing agencies to require reimbursements when a 圣udent fails to receive the required notice. |
