Since 2006, Guy Featherston has served in numerous leadership capacities at Navarro College and is currently the 卫生专业执行院长 and 皇冠博彩–Waxahachie. In this role, he leads a multidisciplinary team of faculty dedicated to delivering innovative healthcare curricula and clinical experiences that prepare students to meet the needs of the 皇冠博彩 community and society at large.
Featherston was instrumental in establishing the 注册护士-to-Baccalaureate Degree Nursing (RN-to-BSN) Bridge Program, which launched in Fall 2023. The program provides expanded academic and career pathways for students, with the first graduating class completing their degrees in August 2024.
