A 品质提升计划 (QEP) is a long-term, college-wide project focused on the improvement, enrichment, and enhancement of the student learning experience – and a major part of our reaffirmation process through the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC), a regional accreditation agency for higher education institutions in the Southern states.

Through the involvement of faculty, staff, students, and community members, Navarro College identified its 品质提升计划 (QEP) topic as a student success program called RISE—Reaching for Inspiration, Success, and Excellence.

RISE有两个关键组成部分：

  • Rise Launch – A voluntary student success program designed for first-time-in-college students and students returning to college for the first time. Launch provides resources, guidance, and structured support to help students transition successfully into college life.

  • Rise Restore – A required student success course for students whose academic suspension appeals have been approved. Restore offers targeted support, skills development, and strategies to help students re-engage with their education and progress toward completion

每个人都参与了！ All full-time faculty, adjunct faculty, staff, administrators, and students on every campus, including online, as well as community members, shared in the development and campus awareness required by this QEP initiative.
