The 皇冠博彩 校董会 posthumously bestowed 首页r Gene Wasson the title of 皇冠博彩 Trustee Chairman Emeritus, during its monthly board meeting held Aug. 29.
Wasson served on the 皇冠博彩 校董会 for 30 years from 1979 until 2009 and served as Chairman of the 校董会 for 16 of those years from 1993 until 2009.
Wasson attended 皇冠博彩 as a student athlete from 1948 until 1951, graduated May 31, 1951, and was a member of the 皇冠博彩 Barracks Bunch.
His dedication and passion for 皇冠博彩 was unwavering and unmatched and his legacy as a student, trustee and community member embodied all that 皇冠博彩 represents.
“首页r Gene Wasson was a mentor and leader for so many exciting years at 皇冠博彩,” said Phil Judson, 皇冠博彩 Board of Trustee Chairman. “We honor his leadership by awarding 皇冠博彩’s highest honor of emeritus status.”
