特里米切尔, Class of 2017
特里米切尔 was born and raised in Mississippi, but her roots in Corsicana have long been established. As Director of College Stores, Terri has actively sought advancements and grants to provide affordable textbooks and supplies to students. She has proven herself dedicated to the mission of 皇冠博彩 and the 皇冠博彩基金会 through her contributions to the success of multiple fundraising and community events, most notably Dancing for Our Stars.
Terri is affectionately referred to as “Dance Mom”, by the 62 dance couples that have danced for this signature event. She has willingly contributed hundreds of hours each year to ensure that the event goes above and beyond the previous year.
特丽也是六个成年孩子的妻子和母亲。 She has an associate degree in Computer Technology from East Mississippi Junior College and an associate degree in Criminal justice from 皇冠博彩. She also holds a bachelor's in business administration from Texas A&M Commerce. Terri brought 18 years of retail management experience, including 15 years as Group Manager for Bealls, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership and operational experience.
While at Navarro, she has served as a trustee and president of Southwest Associate of College 书店s for 10 years ago and is also a trustee for the National Association of College 书店s.
特里喜欢给我们的学生和社区。
In addition to her fierce commitment to Dancing for Our Stars, Terri helped inspire one of Navarro’s largest annual community events, Beauville. Terri has witnessed a multifaceted perspective of 皇冠博彩, shaped by her experiences at the College as a young mom, student, alumni, and employee. Her time as student balancing work and motherhood is never lost on her, and she remembers her struggles and triumphs well as a now-employee: “We all have the same goal at Navarro… to help students be successful.”
